  • I am unable to access the Learning platform on my Ipad.

    This is possibly a Cache problem.

    To clear cache on an iPad, users need to tap ‘Settings’ and then choose ‘Safari’ from the left hand side. There is an option then to ‘Clear History and Website Data’. There is also help on how to do this on the Apple support site here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1677

  • My child does not know their login to a programme.

    We have a range of cloud products, most have shortcuts via the learning platform. Children have been given their own username and passwords to all cloud programmes we use, that are age related to them. If you do not have their password and it is not in their school home book, please ask their class teacher.

    Children have been given e-safety lessons that include not sharing usernames and passwords with other people and siblings should not use their brother or sisters login.
